Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
