Holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology (University of Pennsylvania) and Nursing (New York University), along with a Master of Arts in Psychology and a second master’s in-progress in Psychiatric Nursing, Sara brings a rare and deeply informed perspective to her practice—one that is both clinical and soulful.

Her specialty lies in genetics, methylation, and mind-body synchronicity, with a particular focus on how emotional stress, environmental inputs, and biochemical individuality shape aesthetic outcomes and overall vitality. With over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine and advanced injectable procedures, Sara’s artistry is informed by a former career as a fashion model and a lifelong passion for design, form, and emotional resonance. She founded Poppy Wellness + Bio-Optimization in 2021 as a private, intentionally curated sanctuary offering exclusive biotech skincare, personalized protocols, and regenerative injectables.
